Dippin' Eggs (shown with Smoked Sausage) |
- Large Eggs (2)
- Butter or Non-Stick Pan Spray
- Pepper & Salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbl Water
- Heat NON-STICK frying pan (skillet) to to medium/medium high
- Drop in butter (1 tsp) or spray with pan spray (allow butter to melt)
- Crack eggs and gently add to pan
- Add water
- Cover immediately I prefer a glass lid, but it must SEAL the steam in
- Cook until the white is set on top of the egg, keeping the yolk runny
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PAN to prevent over cooking.
